b720 is first and foremost a team. The study, founded in 1997 and led by Fermin Vazquez, a founding partner along with Ana Bassat and Adriana Plasencia,has the vocation to be a model of good practice, and self- discipline, putting great attention into the constructive process to give the project the largest possible quality. In this work are involved more than sixty architects scattered among the offices in Madrid and Barcelona, as well as various external partners.

Fermín Vázquez founded b720 Arquitectos in 1997 and is currently partner and director. Since then he has carried out projects in the main cities of Spain in the fields of both architecture and town planning. He combines professional practice with teaching and has taught at the Higher Technical School of Architecture in Barcelona and at the School of Architecture and Landscape in Bordeaux.
At the present time he teaches at the Universidad Europea (European University) in Madrid. He has also given lectures and workshops for institutions and universities around the world and contributes articles for specialised publications.
