The building is an important step forward for the regeneration of the industrial area of Zorrozaurre (Bilbao), where it is located. It has been designed respecting the concrete structure of the original construction that has been covered with a carpet-like skin, both artificial and natural, which is placed over the roof, folding over the machinery and hanging over the façades like blinds.
The interior is composed by horizontal and open spaces. Comfort, communication and thermal, acoustic and visual conditioning served as design guidelines for the working area.
