  • Address: Luohu District, SHENZHEN, China
  • Latitude: 22.5466
  • Longitude: 114.102
Kingkey 100

The 441.8m, 100 storey tower comprises over 210,000m2 of accommodation is part of the master plan design for a 417,000m2 mixed-use development. Also confirmed by CTBUH, the KK100 is the tallest building completed in 2011.  The floors from level 4 to 72 will house 173,000m2 of Grade-A office space while the uppermost levels from 75 to 100 will be occupied by St. Regis. The newly opened 35,000m2 6-star luxury hotel has 57 rooms and 40 suites blended with contemporary design and intricate detailing.   A variety of fine dining options are contained within the crowning sky garden feature on the top three floors. The cladding is a sophisticated environmental skin which allows the tower to maintain an optimum interior environment whilst minimizing potential solar heat gain.
