The main idea behind Leivatho’s construction was to experience the landscape as an interactive place of pleasure while maximizing the connection of it’s guests with the landscape through open spaces and large windows. This openness is a major feature of the hotel and can be experienced both in the common areas, i.e. reception, lounge bar and the bedrooms. The minimal but colorful furniture only add to the greater feeling of freedom and serenity with their subtle yet essential presence.
