Investment consisting of two twin buildings, located on the peninsula of Hel, in the town of Hel, 150m from the Bay and 700m from the beaches. In each of the buildings there are 12 modern apartments, three on each floor, finished to a high standard. The average size of the apartments is approximately 50m2. All dwellings are equipped with a spacious terrace with glazed railing and large windows, thanks to which the building looks lighter and more spacious. On the top floor there are two double floor apartments with mezzanine, on which there are daily zones with an exit to the terrace, whilst the bottom floors have recreational gardens.
One of the advantages of the apartments is their functionality and the relaxation space. The buildings have been equipped with lifts and laundries. One of the buildings has a service unit. The front façade is facings south, hence the windows have additionally been equipped with wooden blinds, blocking out some of the sun light. As for the architectural details, windows have aluminum framing, in order to increase the attractiveness of the building. Wood-like HPL panels have been used for the external cladding on the ground and top floor. The building is beautifully lit, to ensure it looks just as attractive during the night, as it does during the day.
