![]() Abu Dhabi’s iconic Capital Gate Tower is already in the Guinness Book of World Records for its 18 degree lean - more than four times that of the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa! It now adds one more star to its name. We’re talking about the Hyatt Capital Gate Hotel, which occupies floors 18 through 33 of the building - and it's now open for business! With its luxury guest rooms and suites featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering a breathtaking view of the Arabian Gulf and the city, the hotel is a definite must-visit. Want to know more about what it's like inside? Well, the rooms are decorated in muted earth tones and natural textures – think rough, natural stone contrasted with smooth cappuccino marble from Turkey, while olive Zebrano wood millwork from Africa combined with grass effect panels. They've also got state-of-the-art salons (boardrooms), the luxe Privé bar, Eastern Mediterranean cuisine at the hotel's signature restaurant 18˚ and traditional afternoon tea at The Lounge. What we're most excited about is that angle that makes the hotel and tower lean and unique! |
