Welcome to Archinect v3.0!

We're so excited to finally launch the third generation of Archinect.com! This new site reflects over four years of countless design iterations, concept evolutions and infrastructural redevelopments. Since we started redesigning Archinect in 2007 we've also grown our in-house team. We're honored to have Theo Liakopoulos join us as our new Technical Director. Theo has worked with us at our design agency, Extra Medium, for many years developing websites for clients in the architecture and design industries, so it was a seamless transition when he joined us at Archinect as our full-time dedicated director of all things technical.

Over the next few weeks I'll be posting a series of articles about the new Archinect, from the background and development of the site, to introductions of new and improved sections. We'll also include some tutorials and talk about some of the big changes yet to come as we move beyond the 0 in Archinect v3.0. If you would like to get an alert whenever we post a new article, please click the "follow" link at the top of this article.
