The new lecture hall building of Bucerius Law School in Hamburg is located at the intersection of the axes of the old buildings Botanical Institute and opposite the main entrance of the restored buildings. Architects MPP Meding Plan + Projekt designed a new building, putting the historical concept of the garden Tempietto in a landscaped park into a modern form of language. The lecture room is a glass-sheathed hull. The area between the auditorium body and glass façade serves as a development zone and as a climate buffer against cold and heat.
