Address: 3 River Valley Road | SINGAPORE | Singapore
Latitude/Longitude: 1.29055, 103.846

Spark’s first project in Asia is a dramatic redevelopment of the riverfront district of Clarke Quay. Since its completion, it has succeeded in drawing tourists and locals back to its unique blend of local culture and international lifestyle. Developed by CapitaLand, the SGD 88 million mixed-use scheme was designed to increase commercial and leisure activities, and provide Clarke Quay with a new identity, positioning it as a vibrant attractive landmark destination. Crucial to the success of the project was the ingenious moderation of the micro climate through the design of distinctive and sophisticated shading and cooling systems that provide the quayside and streets with tremendous visual interest and sustainable environment, reducing the ambient temperature of Clarke Quay by four degree Celsius.
