When building Zitacuaro Apartment Building, the biggest challenge was to get the most out of space in a complicated land.

The architect acts as a mediator between the need of the developer to generate added value and to do the right thing for the final user and also for the city.

The project comprehends six apartments in one and two levels, and they have terraces or balconies while they are all in three and a half floors. One can reach the apartments by stairs and it has underground parking. A roof garden and garden houses are also privileges of the apartments, with jacuzzi and sitting area. The basic idea was to create an image that will not break what is already set in the area where there are no buildings yet, but at the same time it will show its modernity.
