The main challenge of this commission was to construct a house in a very visually dominant spot in Cala Pregonda without modifying the charm and natural beauty of the landscape. This second residence for a big family had to pass unnoticed. Therefore the stonework was done with the same stone extracted from the site during the excavation. The house consists of three units. The central unit is dominated by a pre-existing tower where the kitchen, living room and dining room are. The second unit is where the bedrooms are and the third unit, in the higher level, is where the guest apartment is. The three units communicate through terraces, and stone stairs. This project was on the cover of Architectural Digest in the 1992 January issue dedicated to the Spanish Olympic year.
