Text description provided by the architects. YOUNIQ Vienna TrIIIple is located in the third tower of the TrIIIple building complex, along Erdberger Lände in Vienna’s 3rd district. The building, which opened in spring 2021, stands out from the modern skyline of Vienna with its 35 floors.
The goal was to create customized living space for students and professionals of different ages. A combination of individual apartments and various community spaces, on about 700m², forms the special living concept.
The lobby as a place of meeting, coming and going, becomes a pleasant lounge area due to its friendly, open atmosphere. Exposed concrete walls, plants and a special accentuation of light emphasize the modern, cozy atmosphere of the TrIIIple.
A variety of community spaces are located in different floors. For example, a creative or chill-out lounge, a cinema, a gaming lounge, a disco or a panoramic roof terrace invite residents to establish international and national contacts or simply to enjoy the facilities on offer.
672 micro-apartments, of various sizes, are grouped around the inner development core of the building. All apartments are equipped with private bathroom, high quality kitchen, bed, desk and much more. The contemporary furnishings are perfectly tailored to the modern times. Compact, simply but comfortably furnished, the apartments overlook Vienna.
The unique look of the TrIIIple results from a targeted mix of different design elements, looks and materials. The interior design of the community spaces is more distinctive than that of the micro apartments. Unusual furniture, bright colors and large-scale artwork by Emanuel Jesse merge here into an exciting, cheerful, and at the same time cozy living landscape.
